Shipping your Happy Returns


Shipping Notification

When it’s time to ship your returns, an email with shipping labels attached to it is sent to your store inbox. Each Return Bar partner has a ship day schedule. Please refer to your corporate training guide for exact info for your store’s scheduled ship days.

The email subject is “Ship Out Happy Returns Items – [Pickup Date].”

Totes are now sent out pre-labeled, there is no need to print a new label unless there is an issue with the pre-labeled tote.

 


 
  • Zip tie the tote and place label in the plastic sleeve on the tote. Each tote requires a unique label.

  • To reprint a label:

    • Go to Ship Center -> “Shipments” -> “Returns

    • Enter or select the store number into the “Facility” dropdown. If a package has not been manifested, you can reprint the label by clicking upside down triangle next to “view.

Packing your shipment

  • After printing your new shipping label(s), place in label pouch on the top of the tote. If there is already a shipping label the pouch, remove it.

    • It is crucial for supply replenishment that a new shipping label is always used. Never reuse a label.

  • If you need more labels than what is attached to the email, click the “Download an Additional Label” button to create another label.

    • If extra labels are printed, throw them away if not used.

Shipment pick-up

  • Happy Returns schedules a carrier pick-up when we send your shipment notification.

  • The date of your pick-up is in your email, labeled “Scheduled pickup date.”

  • If you miss your pick-up or UPS doesn’t show up, contact us immediately.

Best Practices

  1. If needed, print labels from the most recent Happy Returns notification email.

  2. Prepare your shipment the day you receive the email notification.

  3. Optimize space in the tote by packing as many polybags as fit.

  4. Send out all returns, even if the tote isn’t full.

  1. What if the carrier doesn’t pick up my outgoing returns?

    Call Happy Returns and verify your pick-up address. Then we can reschedule the pickup.
