2. If not, have them scan the QR code on your iPad with their cell phone to get started.

+ I forgot to scan the QR plastic return bag(s) when processing a customer's return, what can I do?

It is important to remember to scan the QR bag(s) before you hit "Finish" during the return process on the App so that the customer's items are linked to their refund. If you run into an error message that is preventing you from scanning the QR bag(s), call Return Bar Support, (877) 750-4888.

+ How do I create or edit a username for the Happy Returns app?

+ UPS didn't pick up or I missed my pick-up, what should I do?

If your driver hasn't come by to pick up your Happy Returns shipments, email or call us at returnbar@happyreturns.com or (877) 750-4888. Please do the same if you missed your pickup due to your shipments not being ready. We will reschedule a UPS pick-up for the next business day.

+ What if I need an additional shipping label?

Within the shipping label email, click the button that reads "Click here to download extra labels" to get additional shipping labels.

+ When will we receive our shipping label?

Shipping labels are automatically generated when you've collected 15 items (returns) or 4 days have passed, whichever occurs first. Shipping labels are generated and emailed to you around 6 pm PST Monday-Friday.

+ What do I do if my Happy Returns signage gets damaged or goes missing?
