Preparing your team for launch

  1. Each team member needs to go through “Associate Training”.

  2. Have each team member complete a practice return using an evergreen training QR code.

  3. Print the training guide that your corporate team provided.

Complete a practice return using an evergreen training QR code


With the evergreen training QR code, your team can simulate a return to get a hands-on experience. We recommend that you role-play a customer so they are prepared for their first customer!

How to get this QR code:

  1. Pull up the QR code electronically. Use a cell phone camera to scan the QR code below. After scanning, a link pops up to take you to a web page with the training QR code.

  2. Print the evergreen training QR code in the previous section.

Training exercise after they’ve completed training on the iPad

  1. Locate the training QR code. (see instructions above)

  2. Ask the employee to log into the app. We recommend having the username and password somewhere accessible.

  3. Have them ask you for your QR code and process the return by following the steps on the screen.

  4. At the end of the process, when it asks you to scan a bag, use a polybag. We recommend setting aside one bag for training your team.
