Use the QR code shown here to simulate a customer Happy Return. Follow the steps below.

  1. Click on the Happy Returns application

  2. Log in with your username and password

  3. Click ‘Start Return’ at the top right

  4. Scan the QR code shown here

  5. Process a practice return from start to finish!
