Practicing Returns

Now that you’ve gone through the training, practice returning using an evergreen training QR code. Ask your customer if they’ve printed the resources or you’ll be using the digital version of the QR code.

Complete a practice return using an evergreen training QR code


With the evergreen training QR code, you can simulate a return to get a hands-on experience. We recommend that you role-play the customer experience with someone on your team.


  1. Ask your manager if they printed the QR code or if you need the electronic version (see instructions below).

  2. Log into the app. Ask your manager if you need the store’s username and password.

  3. Process the return by following the steps on the screen.

  4. At the end of the process, when it asks you to scan a bag, use a polybag.

How to get this QR code:

  1. Pull up the QR code electronically. Use a cell phone camera to scan the QR code below. After scanning, a link pops up to take you to a web page with the training QR code.

  2. Print the evergreen training QR code in the previous section.
